ABSTRACT

This project aims to explore how female leaders use empathy to transform traditional leadership dynamics, thereby enhancing corporate culture and performance. Through research on female leadership, it was found that empathy has a positive impact on employee satisfaction, teamwork, and organizational change. Building on this, the paper further examines the future direction of empathetic leadership.
