ABSTRACT

Firstly, this article introduces the background of intelligent management system in universities and the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and makes clear the importance and urgency of research. Based on this, this study aims to explore the application of AI in the intelligent management system of universities, and analyze the changes, challenges and coping strategies it brings. In this article, the specific application of AI in curriculum arrangement, teaching quality assessment, student service, resource management and so on is deeply discussed. Futhermore, combined with the actual situation, this article analyzes the challenges faced by AI in the intelligent management system of universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The application of AI technology has significantly improved the efficiency and level of the intelligent management system in universities, and realized the intellectualization of teaching management, the individuation of student service and the optimization of resource management. However, it also faces a series of challenges and problems, and needs continuous exploration and innovation to overcome the existing problems. We expect AI technology to bring more innovations and changes to the intelligent management system in universities.
