Teaching Management Mode Innovation in Medical Education in Context of New Medical Science Construction

ABSTRACT

Under the background of increasingly complex and changeable global health issues, the traditional medical education mode is facing many challenges, and a new medical concept emphasizing interdisciplinary integration, innovation-driven, humanistic care and international cooperation has emerged. On the basis of reviewing the present situation and existing problems of traditional teaching management mode in medical education, this study proposes innovative strategies of its teaching management mode in the context of the construction of new medical science, in order to solve teaching-related problems as serious as disciplinary barriers, obsolete content, lack of method, weak in practice and low-quality evaluation system. The mode which includes strategies such as innovation of curriculum system and teaching content, modernization of teaching methods and means, application of practical teaching and production-education-research integration, reconstruction of teaching quality evaluation system, is conducive to promoting medical education integrated with science and engineering, humanities and social sciences, thriving to improve the quality of medical education, and cultivate talents with comprehensive literacy, innovative spirit and practical ability in medical industry. It is not only to improve the quality, standardization and modernization of teaching management, but also helpful as the theoretical support and practical guidance in modern medical education.
