The most fundamental organizational similarities in teaching job is classroom instruction. We can improve the reform of teaching classrooms and improve the caliber of classroom teaching in China based on the study and analysis to take advantage of the strengths and weaknesses by analyzing and comparing the various characteristics of teachers and students in teaching and learning in two countries from the perspective of cultural differences.
