This paper analyzes the structure formation mechanism and performance of polymer cement concrete composites. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the study, the method of experiment is selected for the study. In this process, curve research method, fiber spacing theory, research technology to characterize the microstructure of interface transition zone, ring constraint test, plate constraint shrinkage test and so on are introduced. In this paper, the structural properties of polymer cement concrete composites are analyzed with the support of various experiments, in which the probability of concrete deformation can be reduced by 21.4% with the support of polymers.
