ABSTRACT

This study focuses on oncogene-driven mechanisms in gastric cancer, employing a murine gastric cancer model to investigate the molecular processes underlying tumor initiation and progression. By comparing gene expression profiles between normal and cancerous tissues, key genes will be identified and their roles in gastric cancer advancement, as well as their associated regulatory networks, will be elucidated. Furthermore, gene-editing technologies will be utilized to functionally validate candidate oncogenes and determine their specific contributions to tumorigenesis. Ultimately, this research indicates that the activation of mechanism of PI3K/Akt pathway-related genes can increase gastric carcinogenesis.
