ABSTRACT

As the pace of life accelerates, people often find themselves under prolonged high pressure, which can lead to varying degrees of psychological stress. To help alleviate and eliminate this stress, music therapy can be effectively utilized to promote balance in physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By leveraging the power of music, it can soothe people's psychological states and emotions. This article will delve into the practical applications of music therapy for specific groups, explaining its foundational theories and mechanisms, analyzing its impact on these groups, and focusing on the practical applications of music therapy in these specific populations.
