The purpose of this paper was to compare and analyze the application of ultrasonic extraction and conventional extraction methods in Chinese medicine formula particles. By exploring the differences in extraction efficiency, component distribution, component stability and quality control, the advantages of ultrasonic extraction in improving extraction efficiency, optimizing component stability and enhancing the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine were revealed. The results show that ultrasonic extraction can significantly improve the extraction efficiency through its unique cavitation effect, and effectively avoid the degradation of components caused by high temperature, and has good component selectivity and stability. Therefore, ultrasonic extraction technology has wide application potential in the modern production of traditional Chinese medicine.
