ABSTRACT

As the artificial intelligence technology continues to advance and iterate at an unprecedented pace, the cross-border e-commerce industry has entered a new era of AI-driven e-commerce. Artificial intelligence technology has been changing every aspect of the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem and business flow, propelling the industry toward a greater level of efficiency and intelligence. This study reviews the development of cross-border e-commerce, and explores the industry's emerging trends, opportunities and challenges in this tech-driven era.
