ABSTRACT

Through in-depth analysis of the concept and characteristics of community education, the connotation and value of excellent traditional culture, and the correlation mechanism between them, the article reveals the unique advantages of community education as an important platform for cultural inheritance. Futhermore, through field research and theoretical analysis, this article summarizes the practical cases of community education inheriting traditional culture, and shows the vivid practice and remarkable results of community education in cultural inheritance. Facing the challenges of uneven distribution of resources, low participation, cultural inheritance fault and cultural commercialization tendency, this article puts forward some paths to explore, such as innovating educational models and strategies, strengthening the construction of community cultural environment, and enhancing the ability and participation of inheritance subjects. This article holds that through government guidance, social participation, continuous innovation and practice, community education can play a greater role in inheriting and developing excellent traditional culture and contribute to building cultural self-confidence and promoting social civilization and progress. In the future, with the strengthening of policy support and the joint efforts of all sectors of society, community education will show greater potential and broader space.
