As an important connotation of education informatization in colleges and universities, the construction of digital teaching resources is of long-term significance to realize the sustainable development of teaching resources and promote the construction of physical education curriculum teaching resources. By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper explains the value of digital teaching resources of physical education curriculum under the background of educational informatization 2.0, summarizes the practical difficulties in the construction and development of teaching resources of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities, and then explores the ways to optimize the construction and optimization of teaching resources of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities, so as to stimulate students ' interest in physical education learning, build a digital teaching resource platform, improve teachers ' information application ability, meet the diversified needs of students ' physical education teaching resources, and effectively improve the quality.
