This paper employs structural equation modeling analysis to illustrate the specific mechanisms by which an individual's overall health level and attitudes toward older adults influence aging concerns for older adults aged 50 to 79 years. The study found that an individual's current health status significantly affects the level of aging concerns. Psychological status plays an important mediating role, with a relatively limited effect on differences in attitudes toward older adults.
