ABSTRACT

The protection of minors is an important task for society, and the court plays a key role in this task. Courts not only need to hear cases related to minors, but also formulate and implement relevant policies and laws. This study aims to explore the cutting-edge theoretical and empirical research of courts in the protection of minors to deepen our understanding of this field.
