Application-oriented college students are trained in primary school education, which is an important part of the teacher training system. This paper primarily focuses on the perspective of core competency, using the students majoring in primary school education as a research object. It summarizes the personnel training principles and the current situation of primary education from the perspective of core competency. Specifically, it aims to improve discipline literacy, cultivate innovation ability, set an example, and explore the core competency of primary education personnel training strategy, with the goal of empowering more primary school education students to think differently and take new directions.
