It first analyzes the characteristics of the smart education era, including technological integration, personalized student needs, and the professional competence of teachers in an information-driven educational environment. Secondly, it discusses challenges present in smart education, such as inadequate technological application, outdated teacher role perceptions, and insufficient reforms in educational management systems. It then proposes optimization strategies, including improvements in teacher professional development and training mechanisms, increased technological support and resource allocation, and innovations in educational management systems and policies.
