ABSTRACT

This article aims to explore the current issues in education, such as the uneven distribution of teaching resources, limited professional development for teachers, and a singular evaluation system, and propose corresponding optimization strategies. By analyzing the differences in educational resources between urban and rural areas, the issues of teaching resource allocation among schools, and the challenges of updating teaching resources, the current situation of unequal distribution of teaching resources is revealed. The constraints on teachers' professional development, including inadequate teacher training mechanisms, job burnout, and the lack of a clear professional growth path, are also explored. In terms of the evaluation system, the limitations of traditional assessment methods, the lack of comprehensive assessment of students' abilities, and the insufficient integration of formative and summative evaluation are pointed out. To address these issues, this article proposes optimization strategies for balancing the allocation of teaching resources, promoting teachers' professional growth, and improving the evaluation system. These include strengthening policy support, establishing an educational resource sharing platform, improving teacher training systems, building a community for teachers' professional development, and implementing diversified evaluation methods.
